We have been tasked with selling this car on behalf of a client as they are upgrading to a newer model. The car has been excellently maintained and cared for throughout their ownership and they are reluctant to see it go but with the new vehicle on its way it’s time to move this one to its new home.

So without further ado, let’s dive right into just how great a car this is! The Range Rover 4.4 SD V8 Autobiography is a luxury 4×4 with a powerful engine, comfortable interior, and many high-end features. It’s a big SUV in terms of stature and instantly commands your attention. Range Rover are synonymous with luxury and this car typifies that in not only its looks but how it drives too.

This car looks excellent in the navy blue paintwork with the 22″ alloy wheels, it really catches your eye and stands out proudly from the crowd from every angle you look at it. The interior is spacious and of high quality finishes throughout, it has that premium look and feel to it just as you would expect with a Range Rover. The cream leather interior and the panoramic glass sunroof really give it that airy, spacious feel. The layout and design of the interior is timeless and despite being a 9 year old car still has a modern look to it. One of the nicest and overlooked features of this car is the soft close doors, it just further emphasises the lengths that Range Rover went to when building this premium, luxury SUV.

Driving this car doesn’t disappoint, it’s an absolute joy to drive. The vehicle of course naturally has a high kerb weight due to it’s size but thanks to the 4.4 V8 Diesel engine you would never know this car is in the 2.5 tonne territory by the way it drives. The Engine has more than enough power, with it producing 334 BHP (546 lb-ft of torque), even when towing at it’s capacity of 3,500kg it would make lightwork of it and wouldn’t break a sweat. In fact, the car is capable of achieving 0-60 in approximately 6.5 seconds!

The car feels incredibly stable and planted on the road, it benefits from being 4 Wheel Drive and has Air Lift Suspension so regardless of the road conditions or the terrain you are on, this car can handle it. The eight-speed automatic gearbox works efficiently and unobtrusively, allowing you to hone in on the cars performance effectively. Importantly with a vehicle with this weight & power is the braking system, and on this Range Rover they are reassuringly powerful. It’s an impressive feat of engineering all round.

What surprised me the most is just how quiet this car is on the road, they really spent time and effort into eliminating the road noise and providing a quiet driving experience. It almost goes without saying just how comfortable this car is to drive, particularly with the likes of the heated/ventilated massaging seats.

The spec is truly incredible on this car with the likes of Adaptive Cruise Control, Free View TV’s (1 in the front, 2 in the rear), Full Surround View Cameras, Heated/Ventilated Seats (Front & Rear),  Massaging Seats (Front), Electrically Adjusted Seats (Front & Rear) 4 Zone Climate Control, Panoramic Opening Glass Sunroof and so much more on offer.

With this car specifically, it is of course now 9 years old and has over 91,000 miles but don’t let that put you off as that’s only about 10,000 miles per year which is next to nothing for this kind of vehicle. The car of course has signs of use/its age in places with minor small marks etc but overall as you can see from the photographs the car is in good condition for the age/miles. You are undoubtedly getting a well cared for car and a lot of car for your money at that.

With this being sold on behalf of the current owner we would like to point out that he has said he will provide a fresh MOT & Service on the vehicle as part of the deal for the new owner. The Alloy Wheels are also in need of refurbishment & the front grill would benefit from being painted – which again the current owner is more than happy to do as part of the sale.
