The DS3 was first launched back in 2010 and was originally badged as a Citroen, but as of 2015 DS Automobiles became a stand alone brand. It’s models like the DS3 that have proven to be successful and very popular that will have given DS the confidence in taking the leap to become a brand within their own right. All the previous DS3’s we have had in stock were the earlier Citroen variants and they always proved popular sellers. With this in mind we are delighted to be offering up for sale this excellent 2017 DS Automobiles DS3 Elegance.

Straight away when you look at the DS3 they stand out, they’re unique, stylish and eye catching. In fact, I personally believe they are one of the best looking 3 door hatchbacks on the market. This one particularly looks excellent in the Emerald Green paintwork with the contrasting black roof, door mirrors and 16” diamond cut alloy wheels. The DS3 has a subtle yet sporty look and feel about it.

The interior follows a similar trend, with the cloth/alcantara sports seats and gloss black dashboard. This is an ‘Elegance’ spec and the name is very fitting, as the DS3 is very much an elegant styled car. Rather impressively, the DS3 is not only stylish but also rather practical. It has an excellent sized boot for a 3-door hatchback of this size. Likewise, cabin space is surprisingly spacious compared to its competitors.

This is the 1.6 BlueHDi model and we have always said that the diesel engines the Citroen/DS provided for these DS3’s have always been the ones to go for. They are fuel efficient, responsive and just overall an excellent power unit for this car. If combining power, performance and fuel efficiency sounds like what you’re after, we highly recommend trying this DS3 as I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. The engine produces 101 BHP, plenty of power for day to day driving and if you’re commuting long distances, you can expect an excellent return on MPG. The DS3 is a smooth driving car with great handling capabilities, it’s comfortable and arguably drives as good as it looks.

Being an Elegance spec, the car comes with some great features, including: 16” Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels, Dark Tint Rear Windows, 7” Touch Screen Infotainment System, Apple Car Play Compatible, Bluetooth, DAB Radio, Climate Control, Rear Parking Sensors, Cruise Control & Speed Limiter.

This is of course an 8-year-old car, but credit to DS’s styling as it certainly doesn’t look out of place in today’s market. It does have signs of use/age but overall, it has been very well cared for by the previous owners and is in lovely condition as you can see from the photographs. This car also boasts an excellent service history of 6 Service Invoices, further emphasising just how well cared for this car has been.

The car comes with MOT until 16^th February 2026 and was last serviced 28/05/2024 @27,577 miles. As part of our sales preparation, we have fitted 2 new front tyres and have replaced the front & rear discs and pads. We will also be carrying out a fresh service at point of sale.
